Job Responsibilities:
To manage new applications, cancellations, appeals and updates for all student pass cases.
All Student pass application for GCS scholars, Student pass (SP) Case
Liaising with parents and counsellors for filing of new applications for STP, LOC (LTVP).
Liaising with ICA officers on updates on curriculum change for existing students, and any change of pass validity issues
Submitting appeal cases with Letter of Recommendation from school to support appeal request
Cancelling student passes for withdrawals
Managing STP database and updating
Maintaining all required documentation
Coordinating with Parent and ICA for required visit
In case of GCS scholars – accompany them and get the formalities done
Maintaining and managing proper documentation and MIS for all students during the AY
Corporate Connect
Job Responsibilities:
Liaising with all corporate for possible business tie up
Generating and maintaining database of tie-up partners (new/existing)
Arranging meetings and presenting to HR of corporate organisations (includes external liaisons)
Finalize the discount margins and maintaining MOUs
Monitoring and managing of new/expired MOUs, liaising for renewal with corporate
Connecting with organisations for promotional events/activities organised by the corporate companies
Liaising with marketing for EDMs and sending it across all corporate organisations
Education Fairs/Exhibitions
Finding opportunities for brand promotional activities
Liaising with event companies for educational fairs/exhibitions
Planning and organising educational meets in various go-to markets
Liaise with overseas agents to create future opportunities for admissions
