    JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title - Admission Counsellor Occupation – Executive Job Description & Requirement:- • Maximise student enrolments to meet student recruitment targets and achieve the key performance indicators • Understand the education level, commitments, and motivations of prospective students/parents and provide advice and consultation regarding curriculum • Advising Students/ Parents on curricular choices, as needed, and works with students to understand college admissions for different educational systems, especially aspects unique to them • Understand consumer’s behaviour and the factors affecting buying decisions through regular competitor • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of competitors • Adhere to compliances and processes, while ensuring documentation is properly maintained • Participate in available educational conferences and seminars to obtain knowledge of new competitors’ product and new initiatives. • Maintain good service relationship with existing parents and establish new contacts/referrals and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment target • Develop and maintain good working relationship with various stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational ability and the ability to meet deadlines • Experience in school counselling and understanding of admissions for educational systems • Understanding of International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge and CBSE preferred but not mandatory • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skill • Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse and demanding parent population Work Schedule Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturday – 9:00am – 1:00pm
